다른 하나는 배달의 문제이다.
판매자가 배달업체를 선정하므로 소비자는 그냥 받아야 하는데

Fedex는 걱정이 없다. 그들은 문 앞에까지 배달해 준다. Amazon 배달도 문 앞에까지 배달해 준다.
UPS는 아파트 현관이나 메일 박스 앞에 놔 두고 가버린다. 도둑맞을 염려가 있다. 가구류 같은 무거운 것은 집으로 운반하기가 힘들다. 이런 이유로 두 번 골탕을 먹는 나는 Wayfair.com에서 구입을 하지 않기로 결정했다.
따라서 고가의 상품 같은 경우 판매자가 UPS에게 싸인을 받고 상품을 주도록 하기도 한다.
만일 싸인해야 하는 상품의 경우 구매자는 반드시 배달이 약속된 장소에서 언제 도착할지 모르는 상품을 기다려야 한다. 물론 도착하는 날짜는 알 수 있지만 시간은 모른다. 만일 날짜나 시간을 따로 지정하고 싶으면 돈을 내야 한다. $12정도 내란다.... fedex같은 다른 곳은 내야 하는지 아닌지 ... 어떤지 잘 모른다.
온라인 쇼핑할 때 제발 UPS좀 걸리지 말기를...............
